Last night I went & got this appetizer as a main course.. it was phenomenal! Today, I brought my family with me & ordered it again. I got 8 shrimp, almost all juice and it looked like somebody had eaten half of it. I let the waitress know this was far from what was expected and she told me the manager was the one who made it.. and walked away. I deliberated whether to escalate or not. I did eventually. I spoke to 2 managers and one said he'd gladly remake the dish. I accepted. The next dish that came out was much better..not quite as full as the night before (there were 15 shrimp), but I was satisfied. He was as very gracious. Then, our waitress was ignoring us in a completely empty room, so my daughter knocked on the glass to get her attention and asked for a refill. The waitress said something like "Oh my God!" And daughter copped an attitude right along with the waitress. She got her refill and the manager came over to make sure all was well. He wound up taking my shrimp completely off the bill and gave us a 25% discount for the food. I wasnt expecting that & told them I didnt mind paying for the shrimp since it was good & I ate it.. he refused to change the bill. He spoke

Stopped by on 5-20 for lunch around noon. Ordered rack of Ribs, Steamed broccoli and fries. Everything came out cold. Ribs looked and tasted like they had been sitting out overnight. Fries were only thing half warm. Asked server for refill on tea. 15 minutes later she brings it out after I had asked another server for a box.

We had dinner about 6 on a Sunday and was seated right away. We got the sampler app platter. The two sliders weren't great with a very small piece of meat I've had much better. Spinach artichoke dip was good but only a handful of chips with it. Cheesesticks were the best thing on it. For $23 it was lacking. We also got a side of shoestring fries for $5.99 it was just a small handful. We ordered the triple spizookie desserts which is a warmed cookie with ice cream and it was tasty.

I was highly disappointed with the service rendered. The food was cold, the server had to be asked to bring more water to the table, I asked for a straw twice, and a drink order was forgotten. The restaurant had 10 - 12 customers and at least 8 employees in the front. I feel like the server just lacked experience and passion about her job. The server does not own full responsibility for our poor experience. It is clear to me the restaurant has some preexisting internal problems that need to be addressed. On a good note the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, and you have more than enough employees to deliver outstanding customer service.

My burger was the only semi decent thing. It taste like a Wendy’s burger. My fries were definitely old you can see they are stale without even trying them, it was a DoorDash order, cold fries is ok, but stale? That’s all on yall. It’s lazy. My first time trying bjs and I’m sorely disappointed.
